INTV Funhouse - Intellivision Inc. Overlays

Intellivision, Inc. was the company that initially took over distribution of the last remaining stock of the Intellivision library when Mattel shut down the Mattel Electronics division. [Source: Blue Sky Rangers] As the initial Mattel overstock sold out, more boxes, carts, manuals, and overlays were produced. When this was done, the labels and manuals were simple black & white affairs, though modified boxes and, in many cases, overlays were produced.

Just how many of the overlays were reprinted in modified form is unknown. It's also possible that some of these were sent down to Digiplay in Brazil, as several of the 'no copyright' overlays have surfaced in Digiplay copies of games. This assumption is based only on the observation that most of the Digiplay games had overlays localized in Portuguese - but some, such as Reversi, appear to be exactly like the other 'no copyright' overlays delivered with Intellivision, Inc. reprints. Go figure.
