Obviously, my favorite Imagic overlay is the Knight's overlay from Swords & Serpents. Imagic also made their overlays using a different process than the other vendors, opting for a more supple, and IMHO, more durable material. The texture of the overlays also masks fingerprints and keeps them looking nicer. I was quite surprised when I first discovered (by accident) that there are several Imagic games for which there have been revisions to the overlays and manuals. Generally, the changes are minor, but they do exist. I have no idea which ones are more difficult to find. All of the original versions have a part number ending in A, revisions have B. I have not seen an overlay of revision C or later. Note: Unless otherwise indicated, images shown are from overlays in my personal collection. If you find a version of an overlay does not appear on this site, please report it!
